As part of the C'e ferment event, the largest beer tasting ever organized in Italy will take place: there will be as many as 70 breweries among those who in the #SlowFood Birre d'Italia 2017 guide have obtained the Snail, the Bottle or the Stem.

Admission to the tasting counter costs € 25 (20 for Slow Food members) and entitles to the tasting of all the beers, the glass and two Slow Food Publisher publications: the 2017 Guide to Italian beers (bit .ly / BirredItalia17) and Shopping with Slow Food (bit.ly/FareLaSpesa_sf)
At 11 am the guide will be presented to the breweries and the press. The two curators Luca Giaccone and Eugenio Signoroni will talk with Fernanda Roggero del Sole 24 ORE about the future of Italian beer, in Italy and in the world
